Recreation for All

The Friends of Castleton Parks and Recreation is a 501c3 organization of local citizens passionate about offering exciting programs for all ages for our community throughout the year. Coming together to learn, recreate and have fun is what Castleton needs in order to build an active, vibrant community. The centerpiece of programming is the Castleton Recreation Center, which is ideally located in the heart of historic Castleton Village behind our beautiful and newly renovated public library. Our Annual Fund campaign, themed Recreation for All Ages, is our fundraiser to support infrastructure upgrades (focusing on a gym floor) in the Recreation Center gym. Your donation will be used in conjunction with other funding opportunities and capital campaigns to help make the Recreation Center an even more valuable centerpiece to our community.
